Johan Rockström: the present state of our climate
Featuring some of the most prominent influencers in the field, Construction Climate Challenge (CCC) has premiered its new film series “Construction Climate Talks” with afirst interview with Johan Rockström, one of the most prominent advocates of sustainable development.
Coinciding with world leaders from 190 nations gathering at the 21st Session of the Conference of the Parties (COP21) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Paris, the Construction Climate Challenge (CCC) has launched a new film series entitled Construction Climate Talks.
The first episode features one of the most notable and respected protagonists for global cooperation for heightened sustainability measures, Professor Johan Rockström. The keynote speaker at the Volvo CE-hosted CCC summit in Sweden in June 2015, Professor Rockström has been prominent in the media during the build up phase to the COP 21 climate meetings in Paris, as well as being the Executive Director at the Stockholm Resilience Center.

We are hopeful that our film series will work as a contributing factor in the matter of making people aware and to enhance cross-sector collaboration throughout the construction industry value chain“.
